The NFL season is finally over, which means that baseball season has officially arrived. While it's just spring training, Reds Country has been looking forward to this date since Terry Francona was named the team's new manager back in October.

The Cincinnati Reds (arguably) made the biggest offseason splash when they were able to coax Francona out of the retirement; though by the sound of it, Nick Krall and Co. didn't have to try that hard.

With Francona leading the charge, Cincinnati has an experienced skipper at the helm — something they haven't had since Dusty Baker was fired after the 2013 season. Francona is well respected throughout the entire league and a future Hall of Famer. When Tito talks, everybody listens, and that's what makes the Reds' 2025 hype video so exciting.

Shortly after the curtain fell on the 2024-25 NFL season, the Cincinnati's social media dropped a minute-and-a-half video to get Reds Country excited for the upcoming season. It worked!

Francona's voiceover is the key to the entire video, and while the first few clips relive the nightmare that was the 2024 campaign, Tito's messaging over the second-half of the video shines through. The Reds new skipper has three simple words for his player — go earn it.

This feels akin to Bill Belichick's famous "do your job" quote from several years back, and it wouldn't be a surprise to the Reds take the field with t-shirts that read, "Go earn it". In the video, Francona is heard saying, "Before Opening Day, you've got to earn the right to wear our uniform." Two other items that certainly checks the box for most Reds fans were Francona's comments about playing the game correctly and with respect.

The Reds skipper goes on to say that his team has the opportunity to be one of the best teams in baseball. With talented players like Matt McLain, Spencer Steer, Hunter Greene, and Elly De La Cruz, it's kind of hard to argue that point.

At the close of the video, Francona says that Cincinnati has all the makings of a championship team, but now it's time to go earn it. Inject it into my veins, folks! Reds baseball is back, and it's time to get excited!
