The Findlay Market Parade signals the return of Cincinnati Reds baseball, and is one of the events that the folks in the Queen City look forward to every spring. This year, those in attendance will get to see some of their favorites from year's past driving through downtown Cincinnati on their way to Great American Ball Park.

"The Cowboy" Jeff Brantley will serve as the Grand Marshall for the 2026 Findlay Market Opening Day Parade. Recently-inducted Reds Hall of Famer and former All-Star Bronson Arroyo will throw out the first pitch ahead of Cincinnati's Opening Day matchup against the Boston Red Sox. And Dave Concepcíon, a core piece of the Big Red Machine, will be the Honorary Captain.

Reds legends ready to be part of Opening Day in Cincinnati

Brantley serves as the color commentator for the Reds radio broadcast alongside Tommy Thrall. Brantley will begin his 20th season as a member of the Reds' broadcast team and will no doubt see plenty of face-time on the newly created RedsTV throughout the 2026 season. Brantley spent four seasons (1994-97) in the Cincinnati bullpen and recorded 88 saves during his Reds' tenure.

Arroyo was traded to the Reds in 2006 by none other than their Opening Day opponent, the Red Sox. He earned a trip to the All-Star Game during his first year in Cincinnati and spent nine seasons with t he Reds. After a three-year hiatus, Arroyo returned to Cincinnati in 2017 to close his Major League career at age 40.

Concepcíon is one of only four Reds players to have spent his entire Major League career in Cincinnati. Bid McPhee, Johnny Bench, and Joey Votto are the others. In 19 Major League seasons, Concepcíon went to nine All-Star Games, won five Gold Glove Awards, two Silver Sluggers, and was part of the back-to-back World Series champion Big Red Machine.
