Aroldis Chapman activated off the DL; Partch optioned

The Cincinnati Reds just announced that they have activated LHP Aroldis Chapman off of the disabled list and optioned RHP Curtis Partch to Triple-A Louisville. Chapman had his ups and downs while doing his rehab. He was successful with the Dayton Dragons over two stints as he threw two shutout innings with a walk and three strikeouts. He struggled mightily in two outings for the Triple-A Louisville Bats though as he allowed eight runs in just one inning with two walks, a hit batter, two strikeouts and seven hits.

Curtis Partch had a 0.00 ERA for the Reds over 4.1 innings pitched in limited action where he had three walks and three strikeouts while allowing just one hit.
