Yesterday marked the release of The SlydePress 2013 Redleg Annual. The annual was compiled by Joel Luckhaupt, co-author of The Wire-to-Wire Reds: Sweet Lou, Nasty Boys, and the Wild Run to a World Championship. These days, many of you may know Joel as that guy that sits in the Fox Sports Ohio booth with the likes of Thom, Chris, Jim and Cowboy and keeps them on point in regards to stats. (Somebody had to, right?) Joel also authored the introduction.
The opening article is penned by none other than Mo Egger. Not only does yours truly make an appearance, writers from Red Reporter, Redleg Nation and C-ing Red add contributions. That’s just to name a few.
– The Head First Slide Podcast interviews a few of the contributors and you can even listen to those interviews
– Answering the question if Joey Votto is baseball’s best hitter
– An introduction to Shin-Soo-Choo
– 2013 player projections
– A look at the top 13 Reds prospects
– And more!
