Volquez Gets Opening Day Nod
Today, Reds skipper Dusty Baker tabbed Edinson Volquez as the Opening Day starter against the Milwaukee Brewers on March 31. I kind of thought it might go the way of Johnny Cueto. And I know that Bronson Arroyo has said he would take the ball if asked. Never came down to that. I have zero issue with Dusty’s decision.
