FanSided Announces New App for iPhone, Android & Blackberry

The FanSided Sports Network is pleased to announce that there is now an app…for us! That’s the entire FanSided Sports Network.

While some of FanSided’s individual blogs already have a separate app available on iTunes (which will still be available), FanSided decided that having one app for the entire network was in the best interest of not only the blogs, but their readers as well. With this new application (provided by Notice Orange), you can select which teams, sites, or sports leagues you want to follow. You will not be reduced to one app for each blog. This one will do it all for you.

FanSided is in the process of providing a separate app for each site through Android Market and other mobile apps. Those plans are still in the working stages . If you have an iPhone, the FanSided app will be your means to access all of the network if your favorite blog does not currently have its own app.

If you wish to check out the app and download it, simply click here or scroll down the page and click on the ad located to the right directly under our blogroll.

Let us know your take.
