Spring Training Record

The Reds spring training record stands at 9-14. But, does it matter. The Reds have struggled to score runs this Cactus League season. The one problem the Reds don’t have is scoring runs. In their cozy little bandbox of a stadium the Reds score about 4 runs a game. And, on the road last year they averaged a little under 4 runs a game. They were outscored by 50 total runs last season.

Does spring training matter???? I think they have to change that trend of scoring. I am hoping with a little more speed and a better defense the Reds have a good season on the horizon.
