A couple of rumors flying around Indy today are about two free agents the Reds are interested in. The players are Utilityman Jamey Carroll, formerly of the Indians, and Pitcher Noah Lowry, who hasn’t pitched in the majors the past 2 seasons. He has missed the last 2 years with shoulder and elbow issues. Jamey Carroll hit .276 and scored 53 runs in 93 games last year. He can play second and third base.
