The Reds beat the Cubs 7-1 in the Windy City today. Aaron Harang pitched 7 innings of 1 run baseball and Joey Votto and Chris Dickerson drove in 2 runs apiece.
The Reds finished their 10 game road trip with a 7-3 record. This is the first time the Reds won 3 road series on the same trip since 2004.
Maybe this will cure the Reds’ road trip trouble. They have had a losing record in the last 23 of 28 away series.
